Witness appeal following collision in Cotmanhay

An 80-year-old man is being treated in hospital for life-threatening injuries following a collision between two cars in Cotmanhay on Saturday.
 
Officers were called to Skeavingtons Lane, just after 9.15am on Saturday, February 23, to a collision involving an Audi A3 and a Honda Civic.
 
Two men received hospital treatment for their injuries.
 
A 30 year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by driving dangerously, and for a positive drugs test at the roadside.
 
If you witnessed the collision, or have any dash cam footage or CCTV which covers Skeavingtons Lane and have not yet spoken to officers, we would like to speak to you.
