Handbag stolen in Swadlincote burglary

Officers are appealing for information after a handbag was stolen in a burglary at a house in Middle Close, Swadlincote.

The incident occurred at around 12.30am on the morning of Tuesday, February 26. Two men were pictured on private CCTV, which is of low quality, in the area and officers are keen to speak to them in relation to the incident.

Officers are also keen to speak to anyone who may have private CCTV in the area that may have captured a pair of men at around that time in the area. Anyone who was driving in the area at the time and may have dashcam footage that could assist the investigation is also asked to get in touch.
