Residents of Repton invited to Cuppa with a Copper

The officers from our Mercia Safer Neighbourhood Team are inviting the residents of Repton, South Derbyshire, to join them for a ‘Cuppa with a Copper’.

The event is being held at the 1557 Coffee Shop in the sports centre of Repton School, Willington Road later this week on Thursday, 16 January.

PCSO Supervisor Kerry Wallington-Waite explains: “ This is an opportunity for residents of the village to come and have a chat with us in a more informal setting.

‘We will be discussing how we police the area but will also be available to discuss any concerns and to provide crime prevention advice.

“There will also be opportunity to sign-up to Derbyshire Alert to be kept updated of crime and policing issues.”

The team will be at the coffee shop between 12 midday and 2pm.
