Anti-social behaviour update - Kirk Hallam Skate Park

Alert message sent 22/06/2020 12:54:00

Information sent on behalf of Derbyshire Constabulary

Good afternoon,
As part of the approach to tackle to current anti-social behaviour at Kirk Hallam Skate Park, Police and Erewash Borough Council Community Safety Partnership have arranged for the bench at the skate park to be temporarily removed. This is to prevent the bench being further damaged to the point where it is beyond repair.
This will be reviewed every 2 weeks with a view to reinstating the bench once the risk of damage has significantly reduced.
Officers are continuing to pay attention to the area with groups being disrupted and we are also in the process of seeking dispersal orders under the Anti-social behaviour, Crime and policing act 2014.
Please continue to report incidents at this location via 101.

Thanks and kind regards
