Alert message sent 11/11/2020 11:24:00

Information sent on behalf of Derbyshire Constabulary

Great spot by swadlincotes eagle-eyed response cops PC Watts & PC Brown who came across an unsecured vehicle last night at Staunton Harold Reservoir whilst on patrol.

On further investigation of the vehicle, they found items that can be used for poaching.
The owner of the vehicle was not located so they poached the vehicle themselves and our excellent Rural Crime team are waiting for the owner to claim it, and answer a few questions!

Sgt Nizzer “We are community of animal lovers and Poaching is against the law, we will take positive action against anyone caught or involved in Poaching!”.

Poaching Prevention act 1862
