Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a get Christmas. Just a reminder that your local SNT are doing Bike Marking outside Cotton Lane up to the 31st, this will be held outside the old enquiry office at the front of the police station.

To comply with the ‘Rule of Six’ 2 Officers will be running the event, so there will be no more than 6 persons attending / in the vicinity of the event at any one time. This includes the Officers – for example 2 Officers running the event, only 4 members of public can be in attendance

To limit any direct contact with members of the community a one-way system will be in place, which will include signs, whereby an officer will take your bike inside apply 2 highly durable Tamper Resistant QR barcode labels. These can be scanned with a smart phone to identify your bike on the BikeRegister website, and determine whether it is stolen.

A 2-metre distance will be maintained at all times with officers and members of the community. Officers will be wearing PPE (face masks & gloves) during their normal course of duty due to interaction taking place.


Please do not attend if you are suffering with symptoms or if any household member is symptomatic.
