Alert message sent 10/01/2021 11:12:00

Information sent on behalf of Derbyshire Constabulary

We are concerned for the safety of a man who has gone missing from Derby but who may have travelled further afield.

John Reynolds left his home in London Road at 7am on Friday 8 January and we understand he got into a taxi. He has not been seen since.

John (60) likes to travel by bus or train and sometimes visits Matlock, Belper and Duffield.

He is white, of medium build, 5ft 8ins tall and he has short brown hair. This CCTV image shows him on the day he went missing, when he was wearing a blue hooded coat and carrying a bag.

We are asking people to keep an eye out for John and contact us if they see him. You can contact us via the following methods, quoting reference 919 of January 8;

•Facebook – send us a private message to /DerbyshireConstabulary
•Twitter – direct message our contact centre on @DerPolContact
•Website – complete the online contact form www.derbyshire.police.uk/Contact-Us.
•Phone – call us on 101.
