Appeal after arson attack on cars in Staveley

Officers are appealing for information after an arson attack that damaged two cars in Staveley last night (Sunday 17 January).

The incident occurred at around 2.45am in Circular Road and saw a Ford Focus set alight. The fire then spread to a nearby Peugeot and both cars suffered significant damage. Nobody was hurt in the incident.

Officers want to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time, in particular anyone with CCTV or drivers with dashcam footage that may have captured any of the incident.
